Pconst(low)-RBS-G3DH-T0 terminator
This part contains the ORF of G3DH from Rhizobium tumefaciens EHA101, which converts glucose to 3-ketoglucose following the RBS. A double terminator is located on the downstream of G3DH. This G3DH is located on the downstream of constitutive promoter. Because G3DH shows wide substrate specificity, G3DH can also convert trehalose (a disaccharide made up of two glucose moieties) into 3,3´-diketotrehalose, which is a trehalase inhibitor.
